Budget airline Allegiant has launched its first guest loyalty program, named Allways Rewards.
It is the first airline loyalty program designed specifically for leisure travelers.
Customers will be able to redeem points for flights and other travel services like lodging and rental cars, without blackout dates or points expiry, it says.
It will launch partnerships to offer member rewards for sports and live music event tickets and other exclusive experiences.
It launches next month with the Allways Rewards Launch Sweepstakes offering one winner a year of concert tickets, along with tickets to eight NFL Las Vegas Raiders home football games.
"We designed Allways Rewards specifically to have an immediate personal impact for our customers, that make earning, tracking and using rewards incredibly easy," said Scott DeAngelo, Allegiant Chief Marketing Officer.
Members will earn one point for every dollar spent at Allegiant.com, and two points oer dollar when spending over $500.
Points are available for use 72 hours after travel on Allegiant flights and related services.
Allways members will also receive a 5% discount on all airfares purchased at Allegiant.com.
