Amadeus and global InsurTech firm Pattern Insurance have partnered again to provide insurance options to UK travel agents.
It allows travel agents to introduce insurance from Pattern through the Amadeus Selling Platform.
When a traveller confirms interest, the agent can then trigger a process that provides relevant opt-in coverage for the trip directly to the traveller.
The customer can then decide the products they wish to purchase.
The process is straight forward to use, and allows the travel agent to provide a seamless level of customer service and boost sales.
