Eurowings is strengthening its winter 2026/27 schedule with new routes from Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) while expanding its partnership with SunExpress to offer travelers more flight options to Turkey.
The Lufthansa Group leisure airline will launch twice-weekly services from Berlin to Porto and Bilbao as part of its winter program. It will also continue its popular summer routes to Lisbon and Sarajevo through the winter season, with both destinations returning to the schedule in December.
The expansion is part of Eurowings continued growth at its Berlin base, where the airline has steadily increased capacity in response to strong demand for leisure and city-break destinations.
Outside the German capital, Eurowings will also introduce seasonal flights from Cologne/Bonn Airport to Tbilisi, Georgia. The service will operate during December and January, targeting winter holiday travelers looking for emerging destinations in the Caucasus.
Expanded cooperation with SunExpress
The carrier is also broadening its commercial partnership with SunExpress, giving customers greater access to Turkey’s Mediterranean coast.
Effective immediately, selected SunExpress flights to Antalya can be booked under Eurowings flight numbers through an expanded codeshare agreement. The move simplifies booking while providing passengers with more schedule flexibility and seamless travel options.
The enhanced partnership covers departures from ten European cities, including Berlin, Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Hanover, Cologne/Bonn, Nuremberg and Stuttgart in Germany, as well as Graz, Prague and Stockholm.
Antalya remains a key gateway to the Turkish Riviera, attracting millions of international visitors annually thanks to its beaches, resorts and mild winter climate.
By combining its own growing network with additional SunExpress-operated services, Eurowings is broadening its leisure offering to Mediterranean destinations while giving customers more choice across its winter schedule.
