Amadeus UK & Ireland has appointed former Bateaux London sales and marketing director Elaine Seeto in the new role of marketing director.
She joins the GDS as well as new Amadeus Ireland general manager Volker Lorenz, previously boss of Lufthansa GlobalTeleSales.
Seeto has a background in the hotel sector, having worked for Constellation Hotel group, Holiday Inn and the Hyatt Regency, Sydney.
She said: “It is my personal goal to further increase the brand presence of Amadeus especially in the hosptiality sector.”
