American Airlines said there were no injuries sustained after two planes collided on the ground at New York’s LaGuardia Airport.
A Boeing 737 jet struck an American Eagle Embraer E175 regional plane Tuesday afternoon.
The 737 was pulling out from a gate when the right winglet hit the E175, FAA spokesman said in a statement.
No passengers on the Boeing 737 were injured and the jet will remain out of service while an investigation continues, the Port Authority said.
