The Ascott Limited (Ascott) plans to develop 150 properties with over 30,000 units under its lyf co-living brand by 2030.

It is an apartment concept with social spaces and experiential programming.

Ascott currently has 17 lyf co-living properties with over 3,200 units in 14 cities.

Lyf Gambetta Paris, Ascott’s first lyf-branded property in Europe is slated to open next year.

“The pandemic has created a new way to live and work. We see more digital nomads and self-starters preferring to work remotely, demanding novel experiences and opportunities to connect,” said Kevin Goh, CLI’s Chief Executive Officer for Lodging

In 2022, five lyf properties will open in gateway cities such as Bangkok, Cebu, Kuala Lumpur, Melbourne and Xi’an.

Five other lyf properties are scheduled to launch in Beijing, Danang, Ho Chi Minh City, Manila and Paris by 2025.

Following the launch of lyf one-north Singapore, in November 2021, lyf Hongqiao Shanghai and lyf Farrer Park Singapore opened their doors in February 2022.
