Avoya Travel has named Jeff Lavender new vice president, who will lead the company’s corporate strategy and development initiatives.
Lavender has more than 20 years of global experience in the travel industry.
He has held senior positions at brands such as American Express Vacations, Viator.com, EuropAssistance, Travelocity Europe and Amadeus.
"Jeff’s travel industry experience will be integral in strengthening Avoya?s strategic position, growing market share, and optimizing efficiencies to benefit the Avoya Network, supplier partners, and travelers," said Avoya Travel president Brad Anderson.
Lavender is tasked with strengthening strategic positioning and the Shared Success model, the company’s commitment to enhancing relationships between customers, travel professionals and supplier partners.
"I am looking forward to helping Avoya diversify its product offerings, grow revenue, and accelerate technology initiatives to further enhance the success of our key stakeholders," Lavender said.
