Bali resort lift accident kills five

Bali police said they expect to file charges for negligence after a deadly resort lift accident.
Five staff died riding a resort incline lift up a ravine where the Ayu Terra Resort Ubud is located .
A cable snapped sending the lift plunging 100 metres.
Gianyar Police say the are still investigating and have interviewed around a dozen people at the Bali resort including maintenance staff.
All five victims worked in the housekeeping department of the resort.
Two died at the scene and three later died in hospital.
They were aged between 19 and 24.
The Bali resort closed with guests re-accommodated but has now partly reopened.
Investigators said the lift system employs three sling ropes but at the time of the accident only one was being used.
