Bamboo Airways planning US public listing

Vietnam carrier Bamboo Airways is planning a local listing before preparing for an IPO in the US. It plans to list on the Unlisted Public Company Market (UPCoM) in the first quarter of 2022.
Shares will trade under the ticker BAV, says CEO Nguyen Khac Hai. The UPCoM is suppleentary a market to encourage companies to officially go public.
Bamboo Airways hopes to raise $200 million in a US public listing which would value in the airline at $4 billion.
