Former Thomas Cook e-commerce head Carol Dray has returned to the trade as managing director of Travelzest online business flight.co.uk.
She will be responsible for leading flight.co.uk and developing it as a key element of the company’s online distribution platform, said Travelzest chief executive Chris Mottershead.
“She has over 20 years experience in the UK and European travel industry, with particular expertise in relation to flight only and dynamic packaging strategies,” he said. “Carol’s track record of delivering growth and managing change speaks for itself.”
Well known in the industry, Dray previously worked for lastminute.com, Flight Centre UK and as leisure sales manager for British Airways.
