Crystal Cruises appoints new sales VP

Crystal Cruises has appointed Kim Guimaraes as the line’s new vice president of sales and strategic partnerships for North America.
Guimaraes replaces veteran Eric Graves who is retiring after a 25-year career with Crystal.
Guimaraes oversees the development of Crystal’s sales and partnership strategies an management of the North America sales team.
She has spent 28 years in travel industry sales and management in the cruise and resort sectors and began her travel sales career as a front line travel advisor and agency manager.
"While we are sad to see Eric go, we are thrilled to have Kim join the Crystal team, and are confident that her diverse sales experience will be instrumental in leading our global sales efforts during a time of rapid growth for our luxury brand," said Edie Rodriguez, president and CEO of Crystal Cruises.
Guimaraes reports to Carmen Roig, senior vice president of marketing and sales, and is based in Crystal’s new Miami branch office.
