Digital Content Executive (CONTRACT POSITION)

Contract – 12 months
The digital entertainment division of the largest and oldest Hollywood studio has regional positions open for content executives. The primary responsibility will be to assist the manager in improving the general efficiency and seamless integration of sales and content distribution across Asia Pacific.
Core Responsibilities
Core responsibilities are operations and support. However, promising candidates can look forward to contribute to business planning and management while supporting operations.
Plan, develop and manage online, mobile and short form video content and services
Fulfill regional content requests for all regions: locate/gather/distribute all digital assets for online, mobile and video platforms
Establish and manage content templates, implement account management practices, and business reviews.
Develop, organize, maintain the core digital content file library
Support all pre and post sales activities, business development and launch strategies.
Statistical and Market based reporting and analysis
Facilitate monthly reporting, client billing, invoicing (submission and tracking) and payment follow-up.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate should have at least a diploma and the experience, enthusiasm and intuition to juggle multiple demands in a fast-paced and high growth environment.
2-3 years of experience within gaming, media & entertainment in the online or mobile entertainment industry
Knowledge of mobile, internet and video technologies a definite plus.
Must be on top of the regional industry, market and latest trends
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook calendaring. Photoshop, Video editing and relevant skill sets an advantage.
Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision after initial training
Strong interpersonal, communication, and tangible teamwork skills are mandatory.
