EU Covid-19 certificates will be available to non-EU international travellers

The EU’s digital Covid-19 certificate will be made available for non-EU citizens including UK and American travellers. Access to it will be subject to individual member states for non-EU nationals residing outside the bloc.
The system comes into force EU-wide from the beginning of July but Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Croatia and Poland have already started using it for travel.
According to an official, the EU Commission has opened talks on the possibility of accepting a US Covid-19 certificate.
