Exodus launches first range of UK holidays
Adventure specialist Exodus Travels has launched its first range of domestic trips amid rising demand for UK holidays in 2021.
The operator has released a series of guided walking and cycling itineraries taking in a number of British destinations including South Wales, Scotland and Cornwall.
Exodus said the launch follows a surge in demand among travellers ‘for explorations on their doorstep’.
Senior Product Manager Tom Wilkinson, said: "Our goal was to provide the Exodus experience that our clients know and love but staying closer to home.
"Our new collection visits some fascinating places across the UK and accompanied by a passionate and knowledgeable leader. By cycling and walking as much as possible, travellers will see places that they may otherwise miss, and can discover some of our own country’s truly spectacular landscapes."
The programme features four trips; three walking itineraries in Scotland’s North Highland Way, Cornwall and the Gower Peninsula and a cycling tour along the South Wales coast.
Meanwhile, walking specialist Headwater has expanded its programme to include Cornwall, Bath, Norfolk, Pembrokeshire, North Wales and Northern Ireland.
The operator said 2021 bookings are up nearly 40% on 2020.
