Explore the Hindu heart of the universe, Varanasi, and visit Sarnath, where Buddha preached his first discourse, and the River Ghats to witness a prayer ceremony. You’ll also experience a sunrise boat ride on the holy River Ganges, where the most intimate details of life and death are laid out in the afternoon. In Khajuraho you will see the intricate and sometimes erotic Chandela Temples, which were hidden for hundreds of years by jungle. To top this spiritual experience off you will also see the sun rise over the Taj Mahal in Agra, visit the Agra Fort and stop at the ruined city of Fatehpur Sikri.

Visit Jaipur, Pink City, and ride an elephant to the Amber Fort , visit Hawa Mahal – the Palace, ride an elephant to the Amber Fort in Jaipur, visit Hawa Mahal – the Palace of the Winds, as well as seeing the astrological world of Jantar Mantar, a 17th Century observatory filled with surreal sculptures, plus more.

The price includes: transport by private air-conditioned vehicle, first class train from Jhansi to Agra, English speaking driver, economy airfares Air Fare Delhi to Varanasi and Varanasi to Khajuraho, comprehensive sightseeing, all entrance fees and a local English speaking guide, your selected grade of accommodation (2.5, 4 or 5 star) and meals as per itinerary.
