Flight attendant worked for United for decades under stolen identity
A United Airlines flight attendant worked for 23 years under a stolen identity, using the identity of an American child who died in the 1970s, federal court records say.
Brazilian Ricardo Cesar Guedes is charged with providing a false statement in a passport application, falsely impersonating a US citizen, and entering an airport secure area under false pretenses.
Guedes passed United’s background check as a new employee and renewed his passport six times under the stolen identity.
