Sunday, 04 Aug, 2005 0

Hampton Hotels opened nine new properties in July  — many of them in the Western US.

The nine properties include Six Hampton Inn hotels and three Hampton Inn & Suites. All openings are franchised, newly built hotels.

Hampton also broke ground on nine more new hotels in the past month.

Upgrades at the hotels include complimentary hot breakfast and high-speed internet access, high quality beddings and upgraded interiors, according to Phil Cordell, senior vice president.

Hampton is the national brand of more than 1,300 mid-priced hotels.
