Carlson Hotels Worldwide announced a customer loyalty program it called the “fastest and most flexible” in the hospitality industry.
Members of all “goldpoints plus” can now earn Gold Points when they stay at more than 800 participating Radisson Hotels & Resorts, Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Country Inns & Suites by Carlson and Park Inn locations worldwide.
Said Trudy Rautio, president, Carlson Hotels Worldwide, the Americas:
“We are introducing a new loyalty program that rewards travelers for their loyalty to our hotel brands by giving them enhanced earning power and more ways to redeem those points year-round.”
The new program offers a choice from among a variety of accommodations for business or leisure travel.
Carlson says the Gold Points Reward Network is the largest and most successful coalition loyalty program in the US.
