British Airways parent International Airlines Group (IAG) is still keen on Air Europa.
After an aborted takeover, IAG will now give Air Europa parent Globalia a €100 million loan . It has an option to convert the loan into a stake of up to 20%.
The agreement also offers a one-year exclusivity period to possibly work out a new deal.
