London remains top of the world’s low cost carrier cities, according to research by Amadeus.
The capital had nearly 15 million low-cost carrier seats available in the first half of 2013, according to data.
Indonesia, India, Thailand and Malaysia combined accounted for over 50% of global low cost carrier seat capacity growth in the first half of the year.
Europe shows a divided landscape, with huge growth in Warsaw of 63%, to a sharp decline in Madrid (-27%).
