Luton Airport managing director Paul Kehoe has resigned and is due to leave next month.
His departure follows the takeover of regional airports group and Luton owner TBI by two Spanish concerns last year, the Financial Times reports.
TBI has already lost chief executive Keith Brooks and finance director Caroline Price.
