Trading in Malaysia Airlines shares will be suspended from December 15.
Its majority shareholder, state fund Khazanah Nasional Bhd, plans to take the airline private by the end of the year as part of a 6-billion-ringgit ($1.8 billion) restructure.
MAS, which lost two aircraft in separate tragic incidents this year, recorded its worst quarterly loss since late 2011 in the third quarter.
