Midcounties becomes ATOL-accredited
Midcounties Co-op has become the seventh travel organiser to become an Accredited Body by the CAA.
Alistair Rowland, group general manager, Travel Services, said: "We are delighted we have met the CAA’s criteria and have gained Accredited Body status. It is an important endorsement for our expanding business and recognition that our procedures are all in place.
"The accreditation is good news too for our consortium and will highlight its attractions for other members who wish to join us."
Midcounties Travel Co op, a large independent agency, also runs a consortium and is looking for medium sized agents to join up.
Alistair added: "We don’t do much managing, they just feel safe to be part of it."
