MMGY Global bolsters leadership team
Travel and hospitality marketing firm MMGY Global announced two key appointments to its global leadership team.
Caroline Moultrie will serve as President of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) while Craig Compagnone is President of the Americas region.
Both positions report to MMGY Global CEO Katie Briscoe.
“As the landscape of the industry we serve continues to become more complex, MMGY Global is committed to assembling top talent,” said Briscoe.
Moultrie is MMGY Global’s first President of EMEA.
As former MD of MMGY Hills Balfour and EVP of the World Travel & Tourism Council, Moultrie has a highly established network of senior contacts across the travel and tourism.
In this new role, she will oversee all operations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East for MMGY Global.
Compagnone has spent 18 years at the company and supported MMGY Global in many positions.
He has led successful marketing solutions for clients across multiple travel industry disciplines, including tourism, hospitality, cruise, attractions and OTAs plus ownership, operations and commercial development.
He previously served as President and COO.
As President of the Americas, Compagnone will lead all disciplines and services for North and South America.
“We are excited about our continued growth in the Americas and across EMEA,” said Compagnone.
“Shifts in technology, data collection and audience targeting are creating opportunities to drive a more integrated, global approach in the travel and tourism industry.”
Accompanying Compagnone, Moultrie and Briscoe on the Global Leadership Team are Chief Financial Officer Hugh McConnell, Chief Human Resources Officer Mia Wise and Chief Marketing Officer Karla Flannery.
Headquartered in Kansas City, MMGY Global has grown to 600 employees and 14 offices worldwide.
