Monarch unveils expansion for winter season
Monarch has extended some of its summer services into winter 2007/2008.
Releasing its winter schedules earlier than usual, it added new flights from Manchester to Murcia with up to four flights per week and fares from £33.50 one way.
It is also starting:
Birmingham to Palma de Mallorca – up to four flights per week with fares from £37.99
London Luton to Almeria – up to five flights per week with fares from £36.99
London Luton to Larnaca – up to three flights per week with fares from £41.99
London Gatwick to Murcia – up to four flights per week with fares from £32.99
Manchester to Jerez – up to five flights per week with fares from £36.99
Liz Savage, managing director of flymonarch.com, said: “The decision to operate these routes as year round services is in direct response to our customers, with sales on these routes for summer already exceeding expectations.
“Demand for Larnaca services in particular has been phenomenal, with over 22,500 seats already sold for summer.”
