MSC Cruises expands MSC for Me app features for new ship Grandiosa
MSC Cruises will expand its MSC for Me guest technology platform to upcoming new ship MSC Grandiosa.
The multi-channel digital platform allows guests to interact with ship services and crew members.
Grandiosa becomes the sixth ship to adopt MSC for Me tech and marks the occasion with several new tools for the ship’s guests
MSC for Me will roll out a chat feature allowing guests to message each other within the app without being hit with shipboard Wi-Fi charges.
Other new functions include the ability to pre-book experiences and pre-register a credit card.
"Since launching our industry-leading digital innovation program MSC for Me in 2017, we continued to research and implement the latest technologies that are specifically designed to enhance our guest experience," said MSC Cruises CEO, Gianni Onorato.
MSC for Me existing features include mobile check-in and an interactive map to navigate the ship easily.
MSC Grandiosa joins the fleet in November and will be christened in Hamburg, Germany.
