Jet2.com has appointed a new operations director who will work across all eight of the company’s bases.
Ashley Cowen will oversee ground operations, operations control and crewing.
Cowen has worked in an operational capacity at British Airways and CitiExpress and was general manager of planning and control at Heathrow where part of his remit was to improve performance at Terminal 5 after it opened.
