The government has announced a price cut for NHS Covid tests for international arrivals to the UK. The test and Trace tests are now £68, down from £88 for those arriving from green list countries and amber list countries if they are fully vaccinated.
In addition, the price for two tests for unvaccinated amber arrivals is reduced from £170 to £136. It comes as the Competition and Markets Authority looks at the pricing and practices of Covid test providers amid criticism over excessive costs and poor service.
