Norwegian Cruise Line’s loyalty program Latitudes Rewards is being revamped with two new elite tiers and added perks.
From February 3, two new levels will be launched – Platinum Plus for 175 points and above, and Ambassador, which is valid when at least 700 points have been accrued.
"We have listened to our guests’ feedback and have enriched our Latitudes Rewards program to better recognize our loyal guests,’ Norwegian’s chief marketing officer Meg Lee said.
Extra perks announced include sparkling wine for all Latitudes Rewards members and shore excursion discounts for Silver level members and above.
Other benefits for higher tier members include free Internet minutes while top tier Ambassador members can earn a free seven-night cruise.
Unlike most other programs, all adult guests are automatically enrolled and earn one point per night cruised and additional points are earned for stays in a Suite or The Haven.
