Jeremy McKenna, who is also Cunard head of sales, will leave the company on December 1.
P&O Cruises SVP, sales and marketing Paul Ludlow said: "Since Jeremy joined in January 2014, he has made an excellent contribution to our business through his leadership of the sales teams."
Alex White will start his role of VP of sales on December 1.
Plans for the senior leadership structure for the sales and sales support area will be announced shortly, said the company.
