Sabre Corp has announced a deal is in place to acquire hotel tech firm the Trust Group of Companies for $154 million.
Trust Group, currently owned by investment firm Battery Ventures, provides central reservations, revenue management and marketing to the hotel industry, particularly in the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions.
The sale includes Trust brands Trust International, InnLink and Nexus.
Trust’s assets will be integrated within Sabre’s growing Hospitality Solutions division.

"The Trust Group is one of the industry’s most respected brands, and our customers will benefit from our combined expertise and focus on innovation."
Sabre said the acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of 2016 and the addition of Trust brands will add about $40 million in incremental revenue to Sabre during 2016.
