Suits you sir! Heathrow offers first duty-free personal shoppers

Heathrow has become the first international airport to offer a personal shopper service in its retail outlets.

Passengers receive a consultation, which can be pre-booked or accessed on arrival at the airport.

The service, launched this week by supermodel and frequent flyer Erin O’Connor, is provided by eight personal shoppers working across all five terminals.
