Editor’s Note
Dear TravelMole Member
British Airways should think long and hard about reducing its
booking payments so soon after Fresh Approach was introduced.
http://www.travelmole.com/item/68328.
Can the airline really afford to be on the wrong side of the
trade yet again? Unlike low cost airlines such as Ryanair,
BA relies on agents and not the internet to distribute its
tickets. If payments are reduced still further, agents will have
little reason to do so and switch-selling will only increase.
Best wishes
Richard Hammond
