Virgin Australia plans to mandate vaccinations for all workers
Virgin Australia plans to make vaccinations mandatory for its workforce. It is targeting to have all frontline workers fully vaccinated by mid-November and office staff by the end of March 2022.
Virgin will start consultations with unions shortly, and says vaccination is the ‘only way back to normal freedom of movement’ for staff and customers. The airline says the majority of front line workers are already vaccinated.
