Virgin Holidays has launched a new initiative designed to help agents with queries.
It claims the new ‘Click to Chat’ service will save agents time by answering common questions like ‘is summer 2016 on sale yet’ or ‘how do I order brochures’.
Agents who are registered on the site can ‘live’ chat with a ‘dedicated, knowledgeable’ member of the operator’s sales team.
