Citizens have effectively been cut off from the world for three years.
Passport applications have surged, the immigration administration said.
Travel sites have seen a spike in website traffic
Trip.com said search volume increased ten-fold.
China’s zero-Covid U-turn sees the cap on flights scrapped.
It has pleased operators and airlines.
However, no travel brands have announced they are resuming trips or adding flight capacity yet .
