Experience an extraordinary day at Carmody McKnight Estate Vineyards, to includes an in-depth tour of the Carmody McKnight Estate Vineyards and winery, led by Greg Cropper, winemaker as well as an incredible vertical tasting of the BEST OF A DECADE of Meritage Cadenz, including the last of rare and hard to find vintages and a a tour of Gary Conway’s Personal Art Studio and Gallery, led by the prolific artist himself.

Enjoy a gourmet lunch, served by the side of the magnificent vineyard lake, prepared by Hotel Cheval’s Culinary Director and paired with a selection of Carmody McKnight wines. Savor a Carmody McKnight estate grown Tuscan olive oil tasting and receive six bottles of Carmody McKnight Estate wines to enjoy at home.

Package Itinerary is Monday, October 20 with arrivals and Check-in at 3pm.  Dinner on own. Tuesday, October 21,10am departure for Carmody McKnight via motor coach with a 5pm Return to Hotel Cheval. Dinner on your own in any of the top restaurants in Paso from classic French Bistro Laurent to the newer culinary kid on the block Artisan.

On Wednesday, October 22 departures and checkout by 11AM.
