** Responsible for all facets of sales and marketing for hotel, golf courses & day spa

** 5 star prestigious Heritage Resort – stunning locatio

** Salary package to $95+

** Managing a driven and motivated team of 10

Responsibilities include:-

** Responsible for all facets of sales and marketing for hotel, 2 x golf courses and day spa.

** Develop and implement a strategic sales and marketing plan and budget for hotel, golf and spa in consultation with the General Manager.

** Ensure key account management and business development opportunities are maximised within respective markets.

** Pursuit of new business through direct inquiries, targeting potential and competitor accounts and implementing a sales call cycle for respective markets.

** Execution of marketing plans and programs, both short and long term range to ensure profit growth and expansion of market shares across all industry sectors

** Responsible for optimizing revenue, rate and occupancy as set in the budget.

** Manage, develop and engage a revenue generating team of ten.

** Motivate, challenge, develop and drive the teams in line with the company values and objectives.

** Source and communicate market intelligence regarding competitor hotels, destinations and industry happenings. Provide feedback on changing market conditions and trends.

** Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for the owners.

** Develop marketing plans and promotional campaigns to ensure profit growth and monitor success and return on investment.

** Oversee design, layout and input into production of advertising and promotional materials.

** Marketing analysis including research through traditional sources and developing new methods to generate revenue.

You will possess:

** Superior account management skills

** Minimum 3 years experience in similar role within hospitality

** Proven business acumen in a hotel environment

** Thorough understanding of all market segments and distribution channels.

** The ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure and adhering to tight deadlines in a fast paced working environment

** Strong interpersonal skills and a can do attitude who leads by energetic, passionate example.

** Superior communication skills coupled with strong analytical skills.
