Aer Lingus cabin crew have voted in favour of industrial action, including going on strike.

In a vote by members of the union Impact, 97% voted in favour of taking action over working hours.

Cabin crew are seeking a roster of five days at work and three days rest, the same as the airline’s pilots.

At present, the union said cabin crew rosters were sometimes six days working, one day off, then another six days working.
