A fresh round of talks between Aer Lingus and the pilots union are taking place to try to break the stalemate.
It comes as more than 270 flights have been scrubbed from this week’s schedule.
Pilots have entered the second day of indefinite work-to-rule action.
They have also planned a one-day strike for Saturday.
The Taoiseach has urged both sides to ‘engage in good faith to resolve this dispute.’
It follows separate mediation talks at the Labour Court attended by IALPA and Aer Lingus on Tuesday.
Pilots are seeking a 23.8% pay rise while Aer Lingus has offered just over half of this.
The airline says the pay demand is ‘unsustainable.’
