AirAsia India names new CCO
AirAsia India has appointed former IndiGo executive Ankur Garg as new chief commercial officer.
He replaces Sanjay Kumar who stepped down recently exactly one year after being appointed to the CCO position.
Garg will be responsible for all commercial operations including network and revenue management, marketing and sales.
He also overseas commercial cargo operations.
Garg reports to Sunil Bhaskaran, MD and CEO, AirAsia India.
He was previously vice president for revenue management, ancillary revenue and distribution at India’s largest airline by market share, IndiGo.
