AmaWaterways unveils epic river cruise spanning 14 countries
With the cruise industry upended for so long, there has been a big uptick in demand for world cruises over the past few weeks, with virtually sold out ocean voyages for sailings not scheduled until 2022 and 2023. Here is the river cruising equivalent. AmaWaterways has unveiled an ambitious voyage cruising through no less than 14 countries.
The Seven River Journey Through Europe itinerary is dubbed the longest river cruise journey ever. It is made possible by connecting the river itineraries of four different ships travelling from France to the Balkans. The line says interest in the voyage has been ‘truly astounding.’
There are 130 complimentary shore excursions including visits to 17 UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and the price? It starts from $25,999 per person for double occupancy, plus port charges.
