American Airlines will begin flying to Orlando from New York LaGuardia from December 17.
The daily service will be flown by Boeing 737 jets and is in addition to its twice daily service to Orlando from New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport.
The new route is now open for reservations, American said.
The flights are part of a significant expansion for American at LaGuardia which includes already announced daily flights to Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Minneapolis, due to take flight from early January, 2016.
It also plans to add services to Jacksonville, Akron and Memphis from LaGuardia.
