Andrew Yell, General Manager, Product, Sales and Marketing for Creative Holidays wants to remind all agents that Creative’s new phone number, 131 222, which allows consultants to call from wherever they are on the one single number to reach the experienced Creative Holidays team for assistance, is now in use.

He said that the new number is easy to remember and directs agents through clear and easy menu options, ensuring calls are channeled to the right area and to the right people, simply and quickly.

Andrew say that it couldn’t be easier, with consultants no longer needing to remember, or find multiple numbers to contact Creative and that it is now as simple as 131 222.

Andrew added, “We want to simplify the way we work and ensure the trade find dealing with us easy and efficient.”  “This new single number is all you need to reach any of our staff in reservations or the support areas”.

He added, “We understand consultants are busy and this number means one less thing to remember, because no matter what agents need they can get to the right person by calling 131 222.”   “It’s all about choice and we have invested in new technology and systems making it easier for our customers to work smarter and more efficiently with Creative.”

This comes hot on the heels of the recent highly successful Creative Roadshow series around Australia, which in an interview with The Mole Andrew Yell described as a huge success with in the region of a thousand agent attending.

Andrew attributes the success of the Series to some key factors, including choosing good hotels, providing a sit down meal, the presenters moving around the tables to appointments with the agents sitting down and making sure the presenters are well prepared, highly experienced and knowledgable as they are the actual product operators from the destinations.

He also said, “We call the agents prior to each seminar to ensure that they are still coming and also charge them a ‘no show fee’ if they do not turn up”  He added, we also have many more “go shows” than “no shows” so we want to make sure everyone can get in, if at all possible.

Andrew says that Creative Holidays is Australia’s largest independent holiday company with a range of holidays to suit everyone, especially those who enjoy the independence and flexibility of planning their own holiday and that Creative is totally committed to the agency community as the vital connection with the cleint with Creative Holidays’ great deals available exclusively through travel agents.
