MSC Cruises is to use British Airways flights from Gatwick to serve Genoa departures by its newest ship MSC Orchestra next summer.

Flights will enable passengers to take up to 23kg of luggage for the eight-day cruises which call at Naples, Palermo, Tunis, Palma, Barcelona and Marseille.

Transfer time from Genoa airport to the port is around 15 minutes and passengers will have access to a private lounge.

Prices for the Sunday departures between May and October start at £569 including BA flights and transfers.

Agents are paid full base commission on cruise, flights and port dues as well as pre-booked shore breaks and spa packages.
