BA moves to 45-minute check-in time from Heathrow and Gatwick
British Airways is to standardise minimum check-in times from Heathrow and Gatwick from October 28.
The check-in time for all flights from the two London airports will be 45 minutes from the start of the new flying season.
The decision was made “to ease (passengers’) journey through the airport and provide a consistent check-in time”.
Online check-in will continue to close 60 minutes before departure.
Check-in times for flights from all other airports, both UK and worldwide, remain unchanged.
