BA shakes up sales and marketing team

British Airways has promoted head of sales Andrew Crawley to director of sales and marketing.

Richard Tams, general manager UK and global corporate sales, has become head of UK and Ireland sales responsible for both corporate and leisure sales.

Adam Daniels moves from leisure sales to become head of revenue management.

The airline has created a new role of head of marketing and has begun an external recruitment process.
