Blue Diamond Resorts has welcomed Paulina Grzelka into the role of Trade Manager for the UK, Ireland and Germany.
She is tasked with supporting the travel trade, and Grzelka will be the first port of call for all travel agent enquiries.
Grzelka is also responsible for growing agent engagement with Blue Diamond Rewards and increasing face to face agent contact via events and webinar meetings.
Her remit will also cover the organisation of agent Fam visits, research groups, workshops and sales missions.
Grzelka has more than 10 years of industry experience having previously held the position of Business Development Manager for the GASP region for Playa Hotels & Resorts.
Grzelka started her career at TUI, gaining expertise in handling reservations to tours, events, recruitment, staff training and business development.
Her time with Playa Hotels & Resorts served as an introduction to the trade and the management of multiple properties across the Caribbean region.
Grzelka is fluent in German, Polish, English and Turkish.
