Rangers have found the body of a British backpacker who went missing in northern Vietnam nearly a week ago.
According to the BBC, 22-year-old Aiden Webb fell and hurt himself on Friday after he had set out on a solo trek up Vietnam’s highest mountain Fanispan.
The mountain rises to a height of 10,000 feet (3,000 metres).
He had lost contact when his phone stopped working the next day after calling his girlfriend who was staying close by in the resort town of Sapa.
His body was found by rangers in Sin Chai village who estimate he died about three days earlier.
More than 200 people, including mountain rescue teams and park rangers had joined the search.
