Caribbean Airlines has upgraded its reservations and ticketing system utilizing Amadeus technology.
It will continue the technology shift into the first quarter of 2016 with a revamp of its airport check-in by March.
"This upgrade marks the start of a new era for Caribbean Airlines. Amadeus technology enables Caribbean Airlines to deliver its vision for an improved customer centric travel experience to better serves its customers," said George Reeleder, Caribbean Airlines vice president for commercial and customer service.
Some of the benefits of the shift to Amadeus include easier web check-in, a simpler way to pay for upgrades and self-service options, Reeleder said.
